Condo/DBSS/EC Defects Inspection

- Conducting 1st inspection¬ to identify possible defects within the house.
- Preparing defects list, client to submit list to developer or authorise us to submit on client's behalf
- Hand hold 2nd (joint) inspection with client and developer to explain and run through 1st defect list prior to rectification works, and
- Conducting 3rd inspection for owners to verify that the rectification works have been done by developer to a satisfactory standard set by Building and Construction Authority, Singapore.
